The Muslim University of Morogoro (MUM) is inviting qualified candidates to apply for a Teaching position in the Faculty of Science. We seek individuals with a strong academic foundation and dedication to advancing our mission of educational excellence.

Required Qualifications:
I. A Master's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or Master of Education in Computer Science/ Information Technology with at least a GPA of 4.0
II. A Bachelor Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or Bachelor of Education (Computer Science/ Information Technology) with a minimum GPA of 3.5
III. All degrees must be obtained from recognized institutions.
IV. All degrees must be directly related to ICT or Computer Science (undergraduate, Masters and/or PhD.)

Duties and Responsibilities
(i) To carry out lectures, conduct tutorials, seminars and practical's for undergraduate programs
(ii) To prepare and present case studies
(iii) To conduct and publish/ disseminate research results.
(iv) To recognize students having difficulties, intervene and provide help and support.
(v) To participate in consultancies and community services under supervision.
(vi) To pursue doctoral studies in ICT or Computer Science.
(vii) To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the relevant authorities.

ii) Successful candidates will be employed on permanent or contract terms depending on the age of the applicants. However, the confirmation shall be made after satisfactory completion of first year (Probation).
